Konnek Architecture

This architecture illustrates the message flow between client systems, the Konnek platform (hosted on Sprint sites), service providers, and end customers through a secure and centralized gateway. Konnek’s architecture is designed to facilitate host-to-host (H2H) communication using structured and real-time message delivery mechanisms between all parties involved. The Konnek API is designed to support real-time communication between businesses and customers via Live Chat systems.
