Get Started with Prezent API

Welcome to the Prezent API Documentation. This documentation provides a guide for clients to integrate with the Prezent platform to manage loyalty points, rewards, and customer campaign interactions.

The API supports operations such as:

  • Logging in to the Prezent PWA
  • Viewing available rewards and campaign catalogs
  • Generating and redeeming vouchers
  • Earning loyalty points through customer transactions
  • Managing customer tier levels

These APIs enable structured and real-time interactions between customer-facing applications and the backend loyalty system, offering a seamless experience for both users and administrators.

Prezent Architecture​

This architecture illustrates the flow between customers, the client system, and the Prezent platform, which provides Loyalty and PWA (Progressive Web App) services. The architecture is designed to facilitate seamless interactions between users and the loyalty system, enabling customers to access reward campaigns, redeem vouchers, and track their loyalty points through mobile or web-based channels.
